BoardCork is an entertainment platform offering fictional criminal cases for interactive resolution. All cases presented are works of fiction and any resemblance to real persons, events or situations is purely coincidental.

The service includes:

• Digital investigation tools (collaborative board)
• Multimedia content related to the cases
• Real-time collaboration features

3. Registration and User Account

To access certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials
• All activities carried out under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing truthful and up-to-date information

4. Purchases and Payments

Cases are available for individual purchase. When making a purchase:

• Prices are expressed in local currency and may include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through certified providers
• Once the purchase is completed, you will have permanent access to the acquired content
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once you have gained access to the case. However, we will evaluate refund requests in cases of:

• Technical errors preventing access to the content
• Duplicate charges made in error
• Issues that cannot be resolved through technical support

6. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree NOT to:

If you use collaborative features (such as the investigation board), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it in the provision of the service. You are responsible for the content you post and warrant that it does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

BoardCork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance
• Loss of data caused by factors beyond our control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Misuse of the service by third parties

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Termination

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina. Any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Argentina.
